A 58 years old Saudi male presented to the OPD complaining of cough and dyspnea. On Examination he had basal crackles associated with expiratory ronchi.

The CXR Shows:
ReplyDeleteProminent Pulmonary Vessels on the right side
Hyperlucency on the left side
The CT chest confirmed the findings consistent with McLeod Syndrome
